Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges Accepted, Refunds NOT Accepted
1.1. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds as a new small business however exchanges are accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If an exchange is desired it is up to the customer to pay for the excess shipping costs. 
1.3. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

2. Cancellation and Change of Mind
3.1. In the event that you receive the products or services you have purchased, as stated, but that you simply change your mind, at our discretion, we will offer you an exchange, provided that:
(a) You notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
(c) The following conditions are satisfied:
A) Product has not been used. B) Product has not been damaged. C) Product must be returned with original receipt.

3. Products Damaged During Delivery
4.1. We work very hard in making sure this doesn't occur by doing quality checks prior to dispatch, however in the event that the product you ordered has been damaged during delivery:
(a) (a) Please contact us within a 24 hours of receipt.
(b) (b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was
received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.

4. Exceptions
5.1. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide an exchange for a product purchased by you if:
(a) You misused the said product in a way which caused the problem.
(b) You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product
before you purchased it.
(d) Any other exceptions apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Response Time
7.1. We aim to process any requests for orders and exchanges within 24 hours of receipt.
